Try a gentle facial mist.
Mornings are when most of us, generally, don’t feel our best. By taking just a few minutes, or even a few seconds, you can feel refreshed, and even a little bit pampered.
Wake up a few minutes earlier than usual, and use this time for some deep breathing. Don’t think about the day ahead (or stress that comes with it). Simply let your mind be blank.
After clearing your head, and some relaxing deep breathing, use a facial mist. If you don’t have one, fill an empty spray bottle with water and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Hold the bottle at a 90 degree angle from your face, and give yourself a relaxing spritz. Follow this step with your favorite moisturizer. Not only will you be a little bit more relaxed, but your skin will look and feel amazing.
